<br />200606016 <br /> <br />ADJUSTABLE RATE INTEREST RATE FLOOR & <br /> <br />PREP A YMENT PENALTY Rider to Security Instrument <br /> <br />(To Be Recorded Together with Security Instrument) <br /> <br />This ADJUSTABLE INTEREST RATE FLOOR & PREPAYMENT PENALTY RIDER (the "Rider") is made <br />this 5th day of July, 2006, and amends the Mortgage, Deed of Trust or Security Deed (the "Security Instrument") <br />dated the same date and given by the person(s) who signs below (the "Borrower(s)") to EquiFirst Corporation (the <br />"Lender") to secure prepayment ofa Note in the amount of U.S. $ 115,000.00. <br /> <br />In addition to the agreements and provisions made in the Note and the Security Instnunent, and <br />notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary contained in said Note or the Security Instrument, both the <br />Borrower(s) and the Lender further agree as follows <br /> <br />ADJUST ABLE INTEREST RATE FLOOR <br /> <br />This loan has an Interest Rate "Floor" which will limit the amount the Interest Rate can decrease.
