<br />IGLESIA DE DIOS EBEN-EZER, a Nebraska non-profit corporation, herein called
<br />Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
