<br /> DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated June 14, 2006, and executed by Merlin D. Hunt and Irene E.
<br />Hunt, Husband and Wife, and Scott E. Hunt, a Married Man and Laurie J. Hunt, his Wife as
<br />Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />which was entered in the Hall County Register of Deed's Office on June 14, 2006, as
<br />Instrument No 0200605320, and
<br />

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Lot Thirty two (32), in Block Five (5), Morris Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 30th day of June, 2006.
