Baack, Attorney at Law, Trustee under a certain Deed of ~ So <br />Trust dated March 6,2001, wherein Michael J. Schneider and Marie B. Schneider, Husband and <br />Wife are the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on March 13,2001, as Instrument No. 200101972 and contains as trust <br />property, the following-described real estate: <br /> <br />Lot Five (5), Jeffrey Oaks Sixth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br /> <br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and <br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives <br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors have failed to make the <br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust. <br /> <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated March 6, 2001, <br />owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIA nON OF GRAND ISLAND, pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to <br />above which secures this obligation. <br /> <br /> <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss: <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br /> <br />On this 30th day of June, 2006, before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public duly <br />commissioned and qualified for in said County, personally came Arend R.
