<br />200605885 <br /> <br />(0) "Periodic Payment" means tht: regularly seheduled amount due for (i) principal and interest under the <br />Note, plus (ii) any amounts under Section 3 of this Seeurity Instrument. <br />(P) "RESPA" means the Real Estale Settlement Proeedures Act (12 L),S,c. Section 2601 et seq.) and its <br />implementing regulation, Regulation X (24 C. F. R. Part 35(0), as they might be amended ti'om time to <br />time, or any additional or sueeessor legislation or regulation that governs the sanle subject matter.
