Shovlain, Grantee, the following described real estate (as <br />defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. ~76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />Lot Two (2), Shovlain Second Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, EXCEPT a tract of land more particularly described in Deed recorded <br />as Document No. 200007315. <br /> <br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantor having sold said land to the Grantee <br />for a fair and adequate consideration, such consideration, in addition to that above recited, being <br />satisfaction of One Hundred Forty Two Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($142,000.00) in debt <br />secured by the Trust Deed executed by Jerry Alberts and Geraldine K. Alberts, recorded on <br />February 6, 2004, as Instrument No. 200401100 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska. Grantor declares that this conveyance is freely and fairly made. <br /> <br />Grantor covenants with the Grantee that Grantor: <br /> <br /> <br />1.
