<br />DESCRIPTION OF COLLATERAL
<br />
<br />Debtor hereby grants to Secured Party a security interest in the Collateral referred to in
<br />this Specific Security Agreement, which consists of the following described property, together
<br />with all other personal property and equipment, of whatever nature or kind, now owned or
<br />subsequently acquired by Debtor, including all substitutions, accessions, repairs, replacements
<br />and additions thereto (including the proceeds of sales thereof), and all products thereof, whether
<br />installed, affixed, attached, kept or situated on, to or at the real property described in this
<br />Specific Security Agreement ("Property") and used, acquired, or produced in connection with the
<br />operation of the improvements, and such Collateral includes, but is not limited to:
<br />
<br />1. All buildings, structure, tenements, improvements, fixtures and appurtenances
<br />now or hereafter placed thereon, including, but not limited to, all fixtures, apparatus, machinery,
<br />equipment, engines, boilers, incinerators, building materials, appliances and goods of every
<br />nature whatsoever now or hereafter located in, or on, or used, or intended to be used in
<br />connection with said Property, including, but not limited to, those for the purposes of supplying
<br />or distributing air cooling, air conditioning, gas, electricity, water, air, refrigeration, ventilation,
<br />laundry, drying, dishwashing, garbage disposal and other services; and all related machinery
<br />and equipment, fire prevention and extinguishing apparatus, security and access control
<br />apparatus, plumbing, bathtubs, water heaters, water closets, sinks, ranges, stoves, refrigerators,
<br />dishwashers, disposals, washers, dryers, awnings, storm windows, storm doors, screens,
<br />blinds, shades, curtains and curtain rods, mirrors, cabinets, paneling, rugs, attached floor
<br />coverings, furniture, pictures and pool equipment.

<br />2. All cabinets, shelving, furniture, displays, lights, machinery and other trade
<br />fixtures attached or otherwise installed on said Property used for a trade or business.
<br />
<br />3. All royalties, minerals, oil and gas rights and profits, water and water rights
<br />(whether or not appurtenant) owned by Debtor and shares of stock pertaining to such water or
<br />water rights, ownership of which affects said Property.
<br />
<br />4. Any and all awards, including interest, previously and hereafter made to Debtor
<br />for taking by condemnation or eminent domain of the whole or any part of the Property or any
<br />easements therein.
<br />
<br />5. All of Debtor's interest in the following as owned by Debtor and used in
<br />connection with the Property:
<br />
<br />a. All existing and future leases, rents, issues and profits and all security
<br />deposits from tenants, lessees or other space-occupiers;
<br />
<br />b. All policies of insurance and all proceeds, loss payable clauses, and
<br />premium refunds, and all claims relating thereto;
<br />
<br />c. All operating or management or supervision agreements; and
<br />
<br />d. All income, rents, issues, profits and proceeds from the Property, subject,
<br />however, to the right, power and authority conferred upon Debtor and/or Secured Party
<br />to collect and apply such income, rents, issues, profits and proceeds as set forth in the
<br />Deed of Trust between Debtor and Secured Party of even date therewith.
