<br />WARRANTY DEED
<br />
<br />1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its City Council on June 8,
<br />1998, enacted Ordinance No. 8385 which directed the conveyance of real estate described
<br />below and the manner and terms thereof.
<br />
<br />2. Ordinance No. 8385 was published in the Grand Island Independent according to
<br />law, and notice of such sale and the terms thereof was published in the Grand Island
<br />Independent, a newspaper published in and of general circulation in Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, for three consecutive weeks, on June 16, June 23, and June 30, 1998, all as required
<br />by Section 16-202, R.R.S. 1943, as amended.

<br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City Council of the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, within thirty days of the passage and publication of
<br />Ordinance No. 8385.
<br />
<br />4. Section 7 of Ordinance No. 8385 provides that if no remonstrance is filed against
<br />such conveyance, the Mayor and City Clerk shall make, execute, and deliver to the State of
<br />Nebraska, acting on behalf of the Nebraska Commission on Law Enforcement and Criminal
<br />Justice, a warranty deed for said real estate, and the execution of such deed is hereby authorized
<br />without further action on behalf ofthe City Council.

<br />5. NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a
<br />municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, .in consideration of One Dollar
<br />($1.00) and other valuable consideration, received from the Grantee, hereby grants, bargains,
<br />sells, conveys, and confirms unto the
