<br />U.S. Bank National Association, trustee under that certain Nebraska Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment
<br />of Rents and Leases ("Deed of Trust") dated May 27, 2005, and filed June 2, 2005, as Instrument Number 0200505001,
<br />of the Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska naming Drew Adams and Bethany Adams as Trustor, U.S. Bank
<br />National Association as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association as original Trustee in consideration of
<br />performance in full by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, does
<br />hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:

<br />Lot One (1), in Block Sixty-three (63), in Wheeler and Bennett's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />hereby canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trust.

<br />Such reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions not imposed upon said
<br />property by the undersigned, and is made for the sole and only purpose of satisfying of record the aforesaid Deed of
<br />Trust.
