<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated November 30, 2005 executed by Laura J Johnson, a Single
<br />Person, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded
<br />as Document #0200511806, on the 30th day of November, 2005, and

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />FRACTIONAL LOT NINE (9) IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK THREE (3), ASHTON PLACE,
<br />AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />AND ITS COMPLEMENT, TO WIT: FRACTIONAL LOT NINE (9) IN FRACTIONAL
<br />BLOCK EIGHT (8), WOODBINE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
