<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by DIANA L MEYER AND ROBERT L MEYER,
<br />WIFE AND HUSBAND , as trustor, to Equitable Bank, formerly known as Equitable Federal Savings Bank
<br />of Grand Island, as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated NOVEMBER 18,2005 and recorded in the office ofthe
<br />Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 200511682 , has been paid, and the
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below.

<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request ofthe Beneficiary, the Trustee
