200605760 WARRANTY DEED THIS INDENTURE Made this 4TH day of JUNE 2006 between DONIPHAN CEDAR VIEW CEMETERY (a Cemetery Association) of Hall County NEBRASKA a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of NEBRASKA party of the first part and LEON JOHNSTON party of the second part:Witnesseth that the said party ofthe first part for and in consideration of the sum of $100.00 dollars in hand paid, receipt whereof acknowledged has sold an by these present does grant, convey and confirm unto the said party of lhc second part, the following premises,to~wit: Block No: 14 Lot No: 52 Graves 5&6 in Division West of DONWHAN CEDAR VIEW CEMETERY in Hall County NEBRASKA together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging: Subject, however, to all Articles, By-Laws, Rules and regulations of said Cemetery Association,as they now exist or may hereafter bc changed, modified or enlarged, and the said grantor Cemetery Association for itself or its successors, does hereby covenant to and with the said party of the second part and their heirs and assigns, that at the time of the execution and delivery of these presents it is lawfully seized of said presents: that it has good right and lawful authority to convey the same: that they are free from encumbrance and does hereby covenant to warrant and defend the said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. In witness whereof, the said grantor Cemetery Association has here unto caused its corporate seal to be-affi-xed and presents it to be signed by its President the day and year first above-written.
