<br />FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (alk/a FANNIE MAE) organized and existing
<br />under the laws of The United States of America, GRANTOR,
<br />in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION
<br />received from GRANTEE, LARRY W. FOWLE and MARL YCE J. FOWLE, husband and wife,
<br />conveys to GRANTEE, as joInt tenants and not as tenants in common, the following described
<br />real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat 76-201):

<br />an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />DEED RESTRICTION: Grantee herein shall be prohibited from conveying captioned
<br />property to a bonaflde purchaser for value for a sale price of greater that $70,200.00 for a
<br />period of three months from the date of this deed. Grantee shall also be prohibited from
<br />encumbering subject property with a security Interast In the principal amount of greater
<br />than $70,200.00 for a period of three months from the date of this deed. These restrictions
<br />shall run with the land and are not peraonal to Grantee. These restrlctlons shall terminate
<br />immediately upon conveyance at any foreclosure sale related to a mortgage or deed of
<br />trust.

<br />GRANTOR covenants OOlntly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE that GRANTOR:

<br />(1) It warrants that It will defend the title to the above real estate against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons claiming by, through and under grantor, but not otherwise;
<br />(2) That the real estate Is free from encumbrances, except easements, restrictions, reservations,
<br />and covenants of record; and
<br />(3) By accepting this Special Warranty Deed, grantee acknoWledges that ha has had adequate
<br />opportunity to inspect the property conveyed herein as well as all Improvements located
