<br /> RECONVEYANCE OF TRUST PROPERTY

<br />In consideration of the payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust dated October 24,
<br />1995, by and between WILLIAM J. ELDER, SR. and MARILYN E. ELDER, husband and wife,
<br />as Trustor, which Deed of Trust is recorded as Document No. 95-107302 in the Office ofthe
<br />Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds, and upon the request for reconveyance of the
<br />Beneficiary, BRUCE I. SMITH, Attorney-at-Law, Trustee, hereby releases said Deed of Trust on
<br />the following described real estate:
<br />
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW'i4) of
<br />Section Twenty-Six (26), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Northwest comer of said Southwest Quarter (SW'i4); thence
<br />running Southerly along the West line of said Southwest Quarter (SW'i4) a dis-
<br />tance of Six Hundred Twenty-Four and Ninety-Three Hundredths (624.93) feet to
<br />a point on the Northerly right-of-way line of the Union Pacific Railroad Com-
<br />pany; thence running Northeasterly along said right-of-way line a distance of One
<br />Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Six and F orty- Three Hundredths (1,196.43) feet
<br />to the point on the North line of Southwest Quarter (SW'i4) thence running
<br />Westerly along the North line of said Southwest Quarter (SW'i4) a distance of One
<br />Thousand Twenty-One and Thirty-Two Hundredths (1,021.32) feet to the point of
<br />beginning.

<br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pursuant to Section 76-1014.01 of
<br />the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, said premises to Trustor WILLIAM J. ELDER,
<br />SR. and MARILYN E. ELDER, husband and wife.

<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, Bruce I. S~ Attorney-at-Law, Trustee, has executed
