CUNNINGHAM, of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State <br />Bar Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated December <br />13, 2004, executed by JUAN J. CORDOVA and MARIA DELIA CORDOVA, <br />husband and wife, as Trustors, in which DAWN M. PEARD of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as <br />Trustee, which Deed was recorded on December 13, 2004, as Document <br />No. 0200411975, of the records in the Office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from DAWN M.
