<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State
<br />Bar Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated December
<br />13, 2004, executed by JUAN J. CORDOVA and MARIA DELIA CORDOVA,
<br />husband and wife, as Trustors, in which DAWN M. PEARD of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which Deed was recorded on December 13, 2004, as Document
<br />No. 0200411975, of the records in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from DAWN M. PEARD of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, a request to reconvey the real estate
<br />described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />PART OF BLOCK ELEVEN (11), OF WINDOLPH'S ADDITION TO
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />described as Commencing at the Northwest corner of said
<br />Block Eleven (11), thence Easterly on the Northerly
<br />line of said Block Eleven (11), a distance of 66 feet
<br />to the actual point of beginning, thence Easterly on
<br />the Northerly line of said Block Eleven (11), a
<br />distance of 66 feet, thence Southerly parallel to the
<br />Westerly line of said Block Eleven (11), a distance of
<br />132 feet, thence Westerly parallel to the Northerly
<br />line of said Block Eleven (11), a distance of 66 feet,
<br />thence Northerly parallel to the Westerly line of said
<br />Block Eleven (11), a distance of 132 feet to the actual
<br />point of beginning, all in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee,
<br />does hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />hereunder.
