<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue,
<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to HOUSEHOLD MORTGAGE
<br />FUNDING CORPORATION III, its successors and assigns, 636 Grand
<br />Regency Blvd., Brandon, FL 33510, Grantee, without any covenant or
<br />warranty, expressed or implied, all of the following described real
<br />estate:

<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated November 27, 2002, and recorded on December
<br />2, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 2002-13366 wherein Henry A. Callejas and
<br />Stephanie Callej as, husband and wife are named Trustors i and
<br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. is named
<br />BeneficiarYi and Ticor Title Insurance Company is named Trustee,
<br />wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust
<br />therein expressed, the property above described to secure, among
<br />other obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $69,000.00 and interest thereon according to
<br />the terms thereofi that the beneficial interest in said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned by Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems,
<br />Inc. to Household Mortgage Funding Corporation III, by an
<br />Assignment dated March 17, 2006 and recorded on March 24, 2006 as
<br />Instrument No. 200602557 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. That by Substitution of Trustee dated March
