<br />Known All Men by These Presents: THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed
<br />by STEVEN R SPEARMAN Trustor, to First American Title Insurance Company, as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Wells Fargo Financial Bank F/K/A Dial Bank, the Beneficiary named therein, dated NOVEMBER 11TH, 2002, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska, on NOVEMBER 14TH, 2002, as
