<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT EXCHANGE BANK (herein Assignor) f or good
<br />and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by First National Bank of Omaha,
<br />receipt of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, does hereby assign, transfer
<br />and set over unto Assignee all its rights, title and interest in and to that certain Deed
<br />of Trust executed by AARON M KRAFKA AND ANNAKA J KRAFKA, husband and wife,
<br />(herein Trustor), unto First National Bank of Omaha, (herein Trustee ), dated June
<br />19, 2006 covering the following described property in the County of Hall, State of
<br />Nebraska.

<br />And filed for record in the Office of Register of Deeds of Hall county, Nebraska on

<br />the instrument aforesaid.

<br />THIS ASSIGNMENT IS MADE expressly subject to and in accordance with the warranties
<br />and representations of Assignors with Assignee pursuant to a certain Mortgage Loan
<br />Origination Agreement between Assignor and Assignee, a copy of which is on file in
