<br />U.S. Bank National Association, trustee under that certain Deed of Trust dated June 30, 2005, and filed June 30, 2005, as
<br />Instrument Number 0200505980, of the Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska naming US Bank NA as Trustor, U.S.
<br />Bank National Association as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association as original Trustee in consideration of
<br />performance in full by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, does
<br />hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:
