<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Trustee has agreed to a
<br />reconveyance of the collateral secured by the Deed of Trust made between
<br />Kent C Orr and Dianna L Orr, Husband and Wife, Trustor and Security First
<br />Bank, as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated June 13, 2005 and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on July 13, 2005 at
<br />instrument number 0200506451 has been paid, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested
<br />that the property held by Security First Bank, as Trustee under said Deed of
<br />Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration and in
<br />accordance with the written request of the Beneficiary, Security First Bank, as
<br />Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the
<br />above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:

<br />lot Number Twenty (20) having a lake-front footage of seventy-five
<br />feet situated on the west side of the west portion of Kuester lake
<br />located in the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (El/2SW1/4) of
<br />Section Thirteen (13) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine
<br />(9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska
