<br />200605437 <br /> <br />finally, to Wells Fargo Bank, NA as Trustee recorded December 30, 2002, <br />Instrument No. 200512739 and wherein the Trustors granted and conveyed to <br />such Trustee, on the Trusts therein expressed, the property hereinabove <br />described to secure, among other obligations, the payment of a certain note and <br />interest described in said Trust Deed according to the terms thereof and after the <br />fulfillment of the conditions specified in the Trust Deed authorizing this <br />conveyance by reason of a breach and default by the Trustors made under the <br />terms of said Trust Deed in the particulars set forth in the Notice of Default filed <br />by the Trustee, which default continued until the time of sale at which sale the <br />property was sold to the highest bidder, the Grantee herein, following notice of <br />sale as required by law. <br /> <br />The Trustee, at the time and place of sale fixed as aforesaid, then and <br />there sold, at public auction, to Grantee, who was the highest bidder for the sum <br />of Sixty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Three Dollars and Fifty cents <br />($62,783.5) therefore, the property hereinabove described. <br /> <br />Now, therefore, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with <br />the request of the beneficiary, the undersigned, as Trustee, by these presents <br />does hereby grant, remise, release and convey to Ameriquest Mortgage <br />Company, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said <br />Trust Deed in the above-described premises together with all buildings, fixtures, <br />improvements and appurtenances belonging to said premises. <br /> <br />THIS CORRECTIVE DEED OF TRUST DEED TRUSTEE IS GIVEN TO <br />CORRECT THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION IN THE DEED OF TRUST DEED <br />TRUSTEE DATED THE 19TH DAY OF APRIL, 2006, AND FILED FOR RECORD <br />ON THE 2ND DAY OF MAY, 2006, AS INSTRUMENT NO. 0200603875 IN THE <br />OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br /> <br />DATED this /Jd day of June, 2006. <br /> <br /> <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) S.s. <br />COUNTY OF DOUGLAS ) <br /> <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me on the .ilJi.day <br />of June, 2006 by PAUL J.
