<br />RESIGNATION OF CO-TRUSTEE
<br />
<br />The undersigned, Galen E. Stehlik, does hereby resign as co-trustee of the K. E. Denton
<br />and Veva M. Denton Irrevocable Trust dated March 2, 1992. At the time of my acceptance of the
<br />position as co-trustee, Jerry Stirtz of Minden, Nebraska had earlier resigned. Prior to his
<br />resignation, Jeffrey Orr had resigned as co.trustee. Prior to Mr. Orr's acceptance, the originally
<br />named co-trustee, Damon T. Bahensky, had resigned as co-trustee.

<br />Pursuant to the provisions of Article Fourth of the trust agreement, upon the inability of a
