<br />Whereas, the undersigned, Pinnacle Bank, F.K.A. The Farmers State Bank &
<br />Trust Co., Aurora, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust Dated December 31.
<br />1997. Executed by Bonita F. Berthelsen. a Sine:le Person, Trustor, in which Pinnacle
<br />Bank, F.K.A. The Farmers State Bank & Trust Co., Aurora, Nebraska, is named as
<br />beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded January 13. 1998. as
<br />Document No. 98-100300 in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />has received from the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that
<br />all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust
