<br />1994. Executed by Bonita F. Kowell and Robert D. Kowell. Husband and Wife as
<br />Joint Tenants, Grantor, in which Pinnacle Bank, F.K.A. The Farmers State Bank &
<br />Trust Co., Aurora, Nebraska, is named as beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />and recorded October 25.1994. as Document No. 94-108689 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the beneficiary thereunder,
<br />a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have
