<br />therefrom a certain tract of land as condemned by the State of Nebraska more particularly
<br />described in Miscellaneous Book 28, Page 469 and Miscellaneous Book 17, Page 477 in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. And also excepting
<br />therefrom a certain tract of land deeded to the State of Nebraska in Deed Book 135, Page
<br />231 and Deed Book 77, Page 358. And also excepting a certain tract therefrom as

<br />and excepting therefrom Lot One (1 l, Lautenschlager Subdivision, an addition to the
<br />Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska;
