<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:

<br />ALBERT W MOELLER AND MICHELLE L MOELLER, HUSBAND AND WIFE

<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />FEBRUARY 24.2003 and recorded MARCH 3. 2003 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT#0200302487
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;

<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through

<br />CERTAIN TRACTS AS SHOWN IN QUIT CLAIM DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 81, PAGE 257;
<br />WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 135, PAGE 447 AND QUIT CLAIM DEED
<br />RECORDED IN BOOK 135, PAGE 449.

<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
