<br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the Conditional
<br />Assignment to HOME FEDERAL SA.J/INGS-ANDLOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRANDJSLANO,
<br />NEBRASKA, (Secured Party), by JAMES K JEFFRIES AND KELLI J JEFFRIES, (debtors), of a Lease dated
<br />APRIL 25,1985, wherein KUESTER LAKE, INC. is the Lessor and JAMES K JEFFRIES AND KELLl J
<br />JEFFRIES, HUSBAND AND WIFE, are the Lessees, such Lease commenced APRIL 25, 1985, and terminates
<br />APRIL 24, 2020, and pertains to:

<br />Lots Eighteen (18) and Nineteen (19), having a lake front footage of200 feet, situated on the East side of the East portion of Kuester
<br />Lake and being on a part of the East Half (EII2) of the Southwest Quarter (SWII4) in Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11),
<br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, bounded on the Easterly side by the common road, and
<br />commonly known as #40 Kuester Lake, Grand Island, Nebraska.

<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said Debtor to HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, (Secured Party) as
<br />additional security for payment of a note in the amount of$4,076.00 and a Financing Statement or mortgage
<br />covering the above-described premises and securing payment of said note.
<br />Such assignment to remain effective until said note is paid.
