<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by LAWRENCE J LEVERING AND SARAH L LEVERING, husband
<br />and wife as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 30th day of
<br />September 2005, and recorded on the 4th day of October 2005, at the Register of Deeds office,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.0200S09893, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entided thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):

<br />Parcell: A tract oEland in the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(SW1/4NW1/4) of Section Twenty Six (26), Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described
<br />as follows: Beginning at a point 33' East and 113' North of the Southwest corner
<br />of the SWl / 4NW1 /4 of said Section 26, said point being the place of beginning,
<br />running thence North a distance of 95' on a line parallel to the West line of
<br />Section 26; thence running East at right angles a distance of 417' on a line parallel
<br />to the South line of the SW1 / 4NW1 /4, above described; thence running South at
<br />right angles a distance of 95' on a line parallel to the West line of Section 26;
<br />thence running West at right angles a distance of 417' on a line parallel to the
<br />South line of the SWl /4NWl /4, above described to the point of beginning.
