<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by ROBERT
<br />BRENTON and MARY L BRENTON, HUSBAND AND WIFE to TierOne Bank, successor to United
<br />Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated January 10,2006, and recorded January 13,
<br />2006 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument Number
<br />0200600359, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
