Schmidt, Single, as Trustor, in which CliffordP. Flanagan, are named <br />as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of obligation for which the Trust Property was <br />conveyed as security has occurred. The nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to pay real <br />estate taxes when due in accordance with the terms of said Trust Deed.
