Shriner and Tonya L. Shriner, <br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, <br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as <br />Instrument #0200408428 on the 26th day of August, 2004, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, <br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above <br />mentioned as follows: <br /> <br />A tract ofland comprising the Southerly Four Hundred Twenty Five (S425) Feet ofthe Easterly Three <br />Hundred Twenty Five (E325) Feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE~SW~) of <br />Section Thirteen (13), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska excepting a certain tract deeded to Hall County, more particularly described in Warranty Deed <br />recorded as Document No. 95-102056 <br /> <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) S <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br /> <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 17th day of May, 2006, <br />by Edward M.
