DEED OF TRUST. lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust dated February 1, 2001 (the "Deed of Trust") which has been recorded in HALL County, State of Nebraska, as follows: Filed on February 1, 2001 as Document 200100802. REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in HAll County, State of Nebraska: The South 71.0 feet of the East 64 feet of the North half of Lot 9 of the County Subdivision, in the South half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 16, Towhnship 11 North, Range 9, West of the 6th P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 410 S CEDAR ST, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801-6506. MODIFICATION. lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: with terms as agreed upon in Note 101209601 dated May 23,2006 and a new maturity date of June 1, 2016. CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not waive lender's right to require strict performance of the Deed of Trust as changed above nor obligate lender to make any future modifications.
