<br />WHEREAS, Security National Bank of Omaha, A Nebraska Corporation, by
<br />and through Denise Albert, Operations Ofticer, its authorized officer, Security National
<br />Bank Of Omaha, as trustee under the trust deed dated February 28, 2003 executed by
<br />Kenneth A. Lancaster; Karen 1. Lancaster; Pallet Advisors, Inc., as trustor, in which
<br />Security National Bank of Omaha is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as
<br />trustee, and recorded as Instrument No 0200303213 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from Security National Bank of Omaha
<br />the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured
<br />by such trust dated have been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note secured
<br />thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such
<br />trust deed, the said corporation by and through it's authorized officer, as trustee, does
<br />hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely by
<br />Kenneth A. Lancaster; Karen 1. Lancaster; Pallet Advisors, Inc., the estate now held by it
<br />thereunder, to-wit:

<br />Lot one (1), Fairacres Dairy fourth subdivision in the city of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
