Bremers Subdivision, being a resubdivision of the West 55 <br />feet of Lot Three (3) and all of Lots Four (4), Five (5), and Six (6) and the East 16 feet of <br />Lot Seven (7) and the West 44 feet of Lot Eight (8) and all of Lots Nine (9), Ten (10), <br />Eleven (11), and Twelve (12) of Block One (1) of First Artistic Homes Addition, Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust.
