<br />The undersigned, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, Trustee under a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated June 9, 1995, wherein John L. Sullivan and Kimberly 1. Sullivan, Husband and Wife
<br />are the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on June 14, 1995, as Instrument No. 95.103928 and contains as trust property, the
<br />following.described real estate:

<br />Lot Seven (7), Block Three (3), in Valley View Subdivision, being a part ofthe
<br />East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E Y2 NE Y4 ) of Section Twenty. Two (22), in
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.

<br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements,
<br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and
<br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives
<br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors have failed to make the
<br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust.

<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated June 9, 1995, owing
<br />from Trustor to the Beneficiary, The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska n/k/a Equitable Bank, pursuant to the terms ofthe Trust Deed referred to above which
<br />secures this obligation.
