Lindquist, P.C., L.L.D. 8712 West Dodge Road, Suite 260 Omaha, NE 68114 Telephone No. (402) 829-0400 C/ ~~ MASTER COMMISSIONER'S DEED KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT WHEREAS, in an action found at Case No. CI 05-437 in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as Nominee for Equifirst Corporation, is the plaintiff, and Vicki S.Waldhelm, is the defendant, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., did obtain a Decree finding that there is due the plaintiff on its 1st Deed of Trust the sum of Seventy-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($78,800.00) and due the plaintiff on its 2nd Deed of Trust the sum of Nineteen Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($19,700.00), plus interest, escrow advances, title search costs and costs of suit; and '. WHEREAS, it was further ordered in said Decree that in default of the payment of the sum so found due by the defendants, that the appointed Master Commissioner should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised and sold according to law to pay the same; and WHEREAS, default in payment having been made therein, Arend R. Baack, Master Commissioner under and by virtue of the said Decree and the Order of Sale to him duly directed, did on March 14,2006, inside the front door of the Hall County Courthouse, 'in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, having first given due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale by publication once in each week for fout consecutive weeks in a newspaper printed and in general circulation in said Coullty of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to Larson Construction, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, for the sum of Seventy Eight Thousand Sixteen Dollars ($78,()16.00); and .
