Baack, <br />Master Commissioner under and by virtue of the said Decree and the Order of Sale <br />to him duly directed, did on March 14,2006, inside the front door of the Hall County <br />Courthouse, 'in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, having first given <br />due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale by publication once in each <br />week for fout consecutive weeks in a newspaper printed and in general circulation <br />in said Coullty of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to Larson Construction, <br />Inc., a Nebraska corporation, for the sum of Seventy Eight Thousand Sixteen <br />Dollars ($78,()16.00); and . <br />
