<br />DEED OF CONVEYANCE

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by South Central
<br />Industrial Properties X, LP to American Bank, N.A., Trustee, for the benefit of American Bank, N.A., the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated March 17, 2006, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 200602576, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered,
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3), FarraH Subdivision, commonly known as
<br />3708-3720 Arch Ave., Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
