To the extent that the provisions ofthis Prepayment <br />Rider (the "Rider") are inconsistent with the provisions of the Security Instrument and/or the Note, the provisions of <br />the Rider shall prevail over and shall supercede any such inconsistent provisions ofthe Security Instrument and/or <br />the Note. <br /> <br />The section ofthe Note entitled "Borrower's Right to Prepay" is replaced with the following new section: <br /> <br />BORROWER'S RIGHT TO PREPA Y <br /> <br />I have the right to make payments of Principal at any time before they are due. A prepayment of all of the <br />unpaid Principal is known as a "Full Prepayment". A prepayment of only part of the unpaid Principal is known as a <br />"Partial Prepayment". When I make a Partial or Full Prepayment, I will tell the Note Holder in writing that I am <br />doing so. <br /> <br />Subject to the Prepayment Penalty specified below, I may make a Full Prepayment or Partial Prepayments <br />of my obligation. The Note Holder will use all of my Prepayments to reduce the amount of Principal that I owe <br />under the Note. If! make a Partial Prepayment, there will be no changes in the due date or in the amount of my <br />monthly payment. <br /> <br />lfwithin the first TWENTY-FOlJR (24) months after the execution of this Note, I make any <br />prepayment(s), the total of which exceeds twenty (20) percent of the original Principal amount ofthis Note, I <br />agree to pay a Prepayment Penalty in an amount equal to the payment ofsix (6) months' advance interest on <br />the amount by which the total of my prepayment(s) during the twelve (12) month period immediately <br />preceding the date of the prepayment exceeds twenty (20) percent of the original Principal amount of this <br />Note. Interest will be calculated using the rate in effect at the time of prepayment.
