Diers Ave.. Grand Island, NE 68803 ("Lender"). DEED OF TRUST. Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust dated October 14, 2005 (the "Deed of Trust") which has been recorded in HALL County, State of Nebraska, as follows: Entered as Instrument No. 0200510243 on October 14, 2005 in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska. REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in HALL County, State of Nebraska: The East Sixty.five Feet (65') of Lot Thirteen (13) and Lot Fifteen (15), in Block Two (2) in College Addition to West Lawn, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 2404 N HUSTON AVE, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801. MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: Extend Maturity Date to OS/22/2011 and Rate Increase to 8.25%. CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not waive Lender's right to require strict performance of the Deed of Trust as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications. Nothing in this Modification shall constitute a satisfaction of the promissory note or other credit agreement secured by the Deed of Trust (the "Note").
