<br />ASSIGNORS, do hereby assign to EQUITABLE BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,

<br />ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment of a loan made to Assignor by Assignee in the

<br />is the Lessor and Assignors are the Lessees, pertaining to the following-described premises:

<br />Lots Twenty-Four (24), Twenty-Five (25) and Twenty-Six (26),
<br />having a Lake Front Footage of215 Feet, Situated on the West side
<br />of the East Portion of Kuester Lake and Being on a Part of the East
<br />Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1I2SWl/4) in Section Thirteen (13),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West ofthe 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, bounded on the Westerly side by the common
<br />road
<br />
<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of$389,500.00 with interest and
<br />according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that this
<br />Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further force nor
<br />effect.
