<br />sinqle person as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank. a Federal Savinqs Bank as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Nebraska Investment Finance Authoritv the beneficiary named therein, dated April 2, 2004, and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book Page _ or Instrument Number
<br />0200403228 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT
