<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THA T, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Sheila K. Axford, unmarried individual, as Trustor, to Platte Valley
<br />State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust
<br />Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 17th day of March, 2005 and recorded on the
<br />18th day of March, 2005, at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument
<br />No. 0200502358, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the

<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following~described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
