Huffman, a single woman, Trustor, did on or about <br />January 10, 2002, make, execute and deliver to First American Title Insurance Company, as Trustee, a <br />Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the following described real property: <br /> <br />"All of Lot One Hundred Twenty Seven (127), and the North Twenty Four (24) feet of Lot One <br />Hundred Twenty Eight (128) of Hawthorne Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska" <br /> <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from First Union National Bank of <br />Delaware, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on January 18, 2002 as <br />Instrument No. 0200200787, Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska. That all beneficial interest under said Deed of Trust was subsequently and duly assigned to <br />CitiFinancial Mortgage Co., Inc., which Assignment is dated November 21, 2002 and recorded on <br />December 31,2002 as Instrument No. 0200214659 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br /> <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which <br />the trust property was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary <br />payments which were contractually due on January 15, 2006 through May 15, 2006, together with <br />interest accruing thereon. <br /> <br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary herein has, pursuant to the Nebraska Trust Deeds <br />Act, appointed Michael F.
