<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by Rodney L Hank
<br />and Michelle M Hank. husband and wife as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank. a Federal Savinqs Bank as
<br />Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated April
<br />27,1998, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page
<br />_ or Instrument Number 98-103819 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to
<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by
