<br />of Rents and leases here and referred to "Deed of Trust" dated February 17, 2004, and filed February 26, 2004, as
<br />Instrument Number 200401707, of the Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska naming Richard Baasch Jr and
<br />Michele Baasch as Trustor, U.S. Bank National Association as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association as original
<br />Trustee in consideration of performance in full by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the
<br />note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:
