<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust LYDIA E CHRISTENSEN. A SINGLE
<br />PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />- LOAN ASSOCIATION OF-GRMID ISLA~TD,-NEBRASKA; the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated OCTOBER 13. 2005 and recorded OCTOBER 14. 2005 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 0200510219 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:

<br />COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ESTABLISHING A
<br />PLAN FOR CONDOMINIUM OWNERSHIP OF WESTWOOD PARK 1 CONDOMINIUMS,
<br />AS SET FORTH THEREIN AND OF RECORD AS INSTRUMENT 200407657, AND ANY
<br />AMENDMENTS THERETO, (OR AS AMENDED AS INSTRUMENT 200409420 AND
<br />200504121) ALL AS CONTAINED IN THE RECORDS OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OF
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
