<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated August 12, 2003, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, August 13, 2003 as Instrument No. 0200310612 of the Hall County Register
<br />of Deeds Books, wherein Loren 1. Humphrey, alkla Loren John Humphrey, and Cynthia Leigh
<br />Humphrey, Husband and Wife were identified as Trustors;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust
<br />dated August 12, 2003, filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />August 13, 2003, as Instrument No. 0200310612, herein called the Grantor, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of Ninety-Four Thousand and Noll 00 Dollars ($94,000.00), as credit
<br />against the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust received from Grantee as holder of the
<br />beneficial interest in such Deed of Trust, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto Larson Construction, Inc. herein called the Grantee, the following-described real
<br />estate in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />Lot Five (5), West Spelts-@Imltz Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
<br />ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br />and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever.
