<br />ASSIGNMENT OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN DEED OF TRUST

<br />Pursuant to its dissolution, PITCHER AND PITCHER PROPERTIES, a Nebraska
<br />general partnership ("Assignor"), assigns, transfers and conveys unto AUDREY M. PITCHER
<br />2417 Lakewood Drive, Grand Island, NE 68801 and DIANA R. PITCHER, 160 Ponderosa
<br />Court, Grand Island, NE 68803 as tenants in common, ("Assignees") all of the Assignor's right,
<br />title and interest in and to that certain Deed of Trust dated January 31, 2005, executed by in favor
<br />of the Assignor, as Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the Office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 0200500901 and recorded against the following described
<br />real estate, to wit:

<br />Lot 26, Westgate Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and
<br />Lot 1, Westgate 3rd Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
