" <br />~....:.-' <br /> <br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that Joseph Bojanski and Linda Bojanski, husband and wife, Trustors under a <br />Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on February 6, 1997 <br />as Instrument No. 97-100860, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />THE NORTHERLY 44 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK 133, UNION PACIFIC RAILWAY <br />COMPANY'S SECOND ADDITION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due.
