<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated October 29, 1986 and executed by Robert W. Rupp and Mary E. Rupp, husband and
<br />wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Substitution of Trustee, which was recorded as Document #86~106255, in the Register of
<br />Deed's office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 31 st day of October, 1986, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said lUldersigned, Five Points Bank, as Substitution of Trustee, has received from
<br />Beneficiary, a written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br />as follows:
<br />
<br />Lots Fifteen (15), and Sixteen (16), in Block Six (6), Boggs and Hill Addition, City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 10th day of May, 2006.
